Design by Yellowknives Dene Native Artist Dawn Oman. \n \nThe Polar Bear is known as the wise, powerful "Great Lonely Wanderer." The Bear clan members were the strong and steady police and legal guardians. \n \nOnly 600 shawls are made in each design and each one is numbered sequentially on the wrapper. Shawls measure approximately 68.6cm x 195.6cm. They are packaged elegantly inside a clear tube with a story card featuring the artists bio and a wrapper that shows the design of the shawl.
